Cat888 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Online Casino Platform Terms of Use

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cat888" or "Platform" refers to the cat888-app.com website and all services, products, and features available on it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account with cat888.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account registered by a member on the cat888 platform.
• "Funds" or "Credits" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit (RM) balance held in a member's cat888 account.
• "Bonus" refers to all financial incentives offered by cat888 to members, including welcome bonuses, cashback, rebates, and periodic promotions.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirements" refers to the total wagering amount that must be completed before a bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Responsible Gambling" refers to cat888's suite of tools and policies that help members manage their betting activity in a safe and controlled manner.

All references to "we", "us", or "cat888" in this document refer to the management and operations of the cat888-app.com platform.

To register and use the cat888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the duration of membership.
• Must be an individual person, not a company, organisation, or corporate entity.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list for any betting platform or on any prohibition list issued by a relevant authority.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Must not act on behalf of a third party or transfer membership benefits to another individual.

Cat888 reserves the right to verify each member's eligibility at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a MyKad, Malaysian passport, or proof of address. Failure to comply with a verification request within 7 business days may result in a temporary account suspension until the process is completed.

Each cat888 member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of cat888's Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your MyKad, an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address, and the bank account or e-wallet details you will use for transactions. Providing false or misleading information is a violation that may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all credit balances.

Account passwords are the member's sole responsibility. cat888 recommends using a strong password (at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and never sharing it with anyone. cat888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to keep their account password secure.

• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the cat888 support team within 24 hours.
• Cat888 will never send emails or messages requesting your account password — do not provide your password to anyone claiming to be from cat888.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP is available and strongly recommended for all cat888 members.

All financial transactions on cat888 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). cat888 supports the following deposit methods, all of which are local Malaysian payment options:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant processing; transaction limits apply in accordance with the member's wallet limit
• GrabPay — instant processing; confirmation required within the GrabPay app
• DuitNow — real-time transfer using a phone number or account number
• Boost — instant processing via the Boost app
• ShopeePay — instant processing via the Shopee app or ShopeePay
• FPX Maybank2u — via Maybank online banking, processing time 1–3 minutes
• FPX CIMB Clicks — via CIMB online banking, processing time 1–3 minutes

The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. There is no standard maximum limit for regular deposits; however, specific limits may apply based on account verification level or a member's personal self-control settings. cat888 does not charge any processing fees on deposits — though your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are outside cat888's control.

All successful deposits will be credited to your cat888 account within 30 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on the payment method used. If the credit has not appeared after 10 minutes, please contact the cat888 support team with proof of transaction.

Cat888 members may request a withdrawal at any time, provided the following conditions are met: the account has completed full verification, there is no active bonus balance with an outstanding rollover requirement, and the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of RM 50.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method, or an equivalent one, used for the most recent deposit. This is cat888's Fraud Protection policy to ensure funds are always returned to their original source. In certain cases where the original method is unavailable, a transfer to a bank account held in the member's own name may be considered upon a special request to the support team.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per transaction
• Standard maximum withdrawal limit: RM 30,000 per day (higher limits are available for VIP members upon special request)
• Processing time: 15–30 minutes for e-wallet methods; 1–3 hours for bank transfers
• Number of permitted withdrawals: unlimited, however daily amount limits apply

Cat888 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold to conduct additional security checks if unusual activity is detected, account details have recently been changed, or the withdrawal amount is unusually large. Members will be notified of any such hold via email or an in-account notice with a clear explanation.

Cat888 offers a range of bonus programmes to registered members. Each bonus offer carries specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all cat888 bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

You are also responsible for:

• Ensure that all your account information remains accurate, up to date, and truthful at all times.

• Report to cat888 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Only gamble with money you can afford to lose — cat888 cannot and will not reimburse losses incurred through betting activity.

Cat888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, manipulation, or any attempt to exploit the cat888 system.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from competent authorities.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings section or by contacting the cat888 support team. Any valid credit balance (excluding bonuses with outstanding rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within 3–5 business days after the closure request is confirmed.

Cat888 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption — though we strive to maintain 99%+ uptime. Betting losses incurred during technical disruptions will be handled in accordance with the round cancellation policy outlined in Section 7.

Cat888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication at cat888-app.com/terms-conditions. For material changes that significantly affect members' rights, cat888 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' notice prior to the effective date via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the cat888 platform after any amendment takes effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please close your account before the amendment's effective date.

All disputes relating to the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any legal action relating to the cat888 platform must be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
